Refund policy

 

Refunds: All sales are final. We typically do not accept returns, as our items are made in small batches and custom made. If you need help with your order, please contact us at studio@kindahkhalidy.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Orders for which the customer fails to pay duties cannot be refunded. 

Damaged Items: If your order has arrive damaged, please inspect your order and let us know within 7 days of receiving so that we can help resolve the problem. 

Lost or Missing Orders: If you think that your order may be lost or missing, please contact us right away at studio@kindahkhalidy.com 

We are unable to replace orders marked "delivered" on tracking.
